From January to August this year, the sea-rail intermodal trains along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor have transported a cumulative total of 562,000 TEUs of containers, marking a 12.8% year-on-year increase. The trains along this corridor have transported more than 940 types of goods, reaching 61 cities and 120 stations across 18 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China. It also connects to 393 ports in 119 countries and regions worldwide.

Since late July, the demand for transportation along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor has remained strong, with high volumes of cargo loading and unloading at coastal railway stations in Guangxi. CR-Nanning has been diligently optimizing the organization of train transport, conducting coordination meetings with CR Intermodal’s terminals , Guangxi’s intermodal transport authorities, and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Logistics to establish an integrated management mechanism. The aim is to reduce cargo handling times and fully meet the transportation needs of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.
